In 1867, the Grand Lodge of Kentucky established the Kentucky Masonic Widows’ and Orphans’ Homes to support the widows and orphans of Master Masons killed during the Civil War. The Masonic Homes opened on April 7, 1871. In 1901, the Old Masons’ Homes was established at Shelbyville to serve older Masons. Here are some pins from the history of the Kentucky Masonic Homes.

2017 150th Anniversary Pin – Pin issued in 2017 to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the establishment of the Masonic Homes.

2022 Master’s Pin – Rare pins given only to presiding lodge masters who allowed Masonic Homes Representatives to make presentations in their lodge in 2022.
